How to use
- Gently rub the included dry spoolie brush over the Brow Cake, then brush through the eyebrows first upwards and then outwards to create natural shape and definition. Repeat as needed to gradually build the colour.
- For sparse areas or more precise definition, apply with an angled eyebrow brush using short, hair-like strokes. No water or additional oil is needed.
